Comfy bed, access to private beach, away from noisy bars. Fast internet, AC, high table for work. Partial ocean view, friendly staff. Worth extra money for fresh, comfortable stay. Perfect hot shower, fast internet, delicious breakfast. Lovely room with sea view, quiet spot. Great AC, comfy bed, good shower, fast WiFi, kettle in room. Easy check in and check out, can check out late.

My partner and I stayed at Abad in Kovalam for a few days. The villa's location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the beach with a stunning view from our window. The host was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. The breakfast, though simple, was plentiful for both of us. The room was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, great shower, and fast WiFi. The easy check-in and late check-out option made our stay even more convenient. Would fully recommend for couples.

The Christmas decorations were beautiful and really put us in the holiday spirit. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions about the area.

Our room was a disappointment. The bathroom was dirty and outdated, with a barely functioning shower.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is situated right next to the beach, allowing easy access to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea. Being so close to everything, it was convenient to explore the local area and visit nearby restaurants and shops.

Although there is always room for improvement, all aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Located right next to the beach, this serviced villa was a gem of a find. the apartment was well, equipped, sparkling clean with a large balcony offering a glimpse of the surrounding area. the manager was very friendly and welcoming, always ensuring guests had a good stay. the private beach was just a few minutes away, while other popular beaches were an easy stroll. The apartment had great amenities including air, con, WiFi, and an impressive shower.

Although it was well, equipped and comfortable, the apartment entrance was a bit tricky to find at first, with no name signage or directions.

Great value for money, the bed was super comfy and the private beach access was a major plus. The location was perfect, close to the sea without any noisy bars. The staff, especially Mr Gopal Krishna, provided excellent service and the basic amenities and AC in the room were just what we needed. it was a quiet and peaceful stay.

Breakfast items could have offered more vegetarian and Kerala options.

Stayed at this villa in Kovalam and had a really good experience at Abad Serviced Villas. the location was perfect, close to Lighthouse Beach and cafes. the room was huge and refreshing, with a slight sea view. the hotel manager was incredibly nice and helpful. We loved waking up to the sound of the sea each morning. the shower pressure was wonderful and there was a small kitchenette in the room. it was a fun-filled and relaxing stay. Cons: Nothing to dislike. 👍.
